Fitness Philosophy: I consider myself extremely lucky to be someone who love what I do for a living. Having the opportunity to help others reach their goals is very rewarding. Along with being a personal trainer, I also consider myself a coach, motivator and many times believe it or not a therapist. I offer fun, challenging, safe and effective fitness and nutritional programs to my clients allowing them to reach their goal and view fitness as a lifestyle choice. I am always available whenever there is a question, comment or concern.The bottom line is that while getting in shape is not easy but with  patience, persistence and dedication it can be accomplished. Nathan started his personal training career in Chicago, Il in 1990. He received his personal fitness training certification through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) while serving in the United States Air Force.

 

After his military service, he trained at several major fitness clubs throughout the Chicago and New York area such as LA Fitness, Equinox and The Gym.
