Whether you are a novice or a seasoned athlete we can challenge you and take your workouts to the next level. Bodies by Ro was designed for those who are serious about getting into shape in record time. We use a combination of training methods such as boxing drills, body weight training, sport conditioning training and plyometrics. We also feature obstacle course training and intense core and abdominal work. We combine various techniques to allow you to avoid hitting a plateau and get the most out of your training. We are NOT the average run of the mill training program. Our ultimate goal is to challenge you and make your time with us as productive as possible.
